Returns & Exchanges: Let's Make it Right!
We want your pup to be absolutely thrilled with their new PurEvers swag! But if for any reason you're not barking with joy, we've got you covered.
Here's how our return & exchange policy works:
Got a Return?
- Head over to our Returns Center on our website ([link to returns page]).
- Answer a few quick questions about your order and the reason for your return.
- Our system will guide you through the return process and generate a pre-paid shipping label (for US orders only).
- Pack your unworn, unwashed items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and attach the pre-paid shipping label.
- Drop your return off at any carrier location. Easy peasy!
Refunds:
- We offer two refund options depending on how quickly you return your items:
- Returned within 15 days: We'll issue a full refund to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Returned after 15 days: We'll issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, redeemable on your next pawsome find at PurEvers.
Exchanges:
- Want to swap sizes or styles? No problem! Just follow the same return process outlined above and mention you'd like an exchange in the return portal.
- Once we receive your original item(s), we'll ship out your new selection right away (subject to availability).
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- There may be a 20% restocking fee applied to returns processed after 15 days of purchase.
- This policy applies to all purchases made on our website.
- We reserve the right to deny return requests for items that show signs of wear or damage.
