We want your pup to be absolutely thrilled with their new PurEvers swag! But if for any reason you're not barking with joy, we've got you covered.

Here's how our return & exchange policy works:

Got a Return?

• Head over to our Returns Center on our website ([link to returns page]).
• Answer a few quick questions about your order and the reason for your return.
• Our system will guide you through the return process and generate a pre-paid shipping label (for US orders only).
• Pack your unworn, unwashed items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and attach the pre-paid shipping label.
• Drop your return off at any carrier location. Easy peasy!

Refunds:

• We offer two refund options depending on how quickly you return your items:
• Returned within 15 days: We'll issue a full refund to the original payment method used at purchase.
• Returned after 15 days: We'll issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, redeemable on your next pawsome find at PurEvers.

Exchanges:

• Want to swap sizes or styles? No problem! Just follow the same return process outlined above and mention you'd like an exchange in the return portal.
• Once we receive your original item(s), we'll ship out your new selection right away (subject to availability).

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• There may be a 20% restocking fee applied to returns processed after 15 days of purchase.
• This policy applies to all purchases made on our website.
• We reserve the right to deny return requests for items that show signs of wear or damage.
